a note about the pizza hut reference. this might lead people to think that this pizza crust is thick and bready and will have you running to the bathroom before you finish your first slice. slice’s crust was buttery, but it was thin and crispy in all the right spots.

I dunno, I thought they were cooked fine. Just because it’s Macho Monday doesn’t mean salmonella need be on the menu. I definitely wanna go back and try the other flavors, and while the raspberry-jalapeno were tasty, the basic hot wings were my fave.

Ok. Let’s go over one thing that was biased-ly left out: these wings were over cooked. It was like I was biting a crusty gym sock with a foot still inside it. A little less time in the fryer and these wings might have made it a few more notches up on my list.

Flavors: maybe I’m too much of a yankee for those southern styles, but I came for wings, not backyard cookout. Raspberry jalepeno? I thought it was macho monday not foofy friday. The best flavor was regular buffalo, but again over cooked.
